Understanding Sexual Harassment
Duration: 4 minutes | Format: Microlearning
Sexual harassment includes flirting, gesturing or making sexual remarks about someone's clothing, body or appearance. It can also include comments on someone's sexual orientation or gender reassignment.
Sexual harassment can be verbal, non-verbal, a one-off incident or an ongoing pattern of behaviour. This is unlawful, and employers have a positive legal duty to prevent it.
Our bite-sized sexual harassment training video helps your staff understand what constitutes sexual harassment in just under 4 minutes.

How Bite-sized Training Works
By watching our engaging animated microlearning, staff learn the key requirements then prove they understand them by a quick quiz.
- Does making someone feel uncomfortable based on comments on personal appearance constitute sexual harassment?
- When is a flirty situation at work not sexual harassment?

What are Compliance Bites?
Compliance Bites microlearning are short videos that bring specific compliance topics to life in just a few minutes using animation, characters and storylines.
The objective of each video is to engage and inform your employees about the topic, not provide an in-depth study. This makes them more appealing to your employees and improves the uptake of compliance training.
Our Compliance Bites Library contains over 100 animations covering topics such as insider trading, special category data, tipping off and whistleblowing.

Before working with Skillcast, our mandatory and refresher training was a labour-intensive process focused on administration and keeping materials up to date. Now, it’s a system that delivers 100% compliance with up-to-date and relevant material. It has freed us up as a business to concentrate far more on the learner experience instead of ticking boxes.”
