Sexual harassment includes flirting, gesturing or making sexual remarks about someone's clothing, body or appearance. It can also include comments on someone's sexual orientation or gender reassignment.

Sexual harassment can be verbal, non-verbal, a one-off incident or an ongoing pattern of behaviour. This is unlawful, and employers have a positive legal duty to prevent it.
