The lessons feature videos, text, scenarios and other learning activities to help you build and apply the knowledge to ordinary business decisions and situations.
Before starting this course, you should have a basic understanding of the SMCR and Conduct Rules.
This course will build on that understanding with further knowledge and skills to help you act appropriately in business situations, such as onboarding a new SMF, allocating responsibilities, designating reporting lines and ongoing management situations.
After completing all 15 lessons, you will receive a completion certificate for four hours of CPD.
