Aida is a conversational AI assistant created by Skillcast to simplify your staff compliance. It answers your employees' queries using natural language and helps them find relevant policies and e-learning courses.

Aida supports your compliance by:

  • Reducing repetitive queries sent to the compliance team

Aida relies exclusively on your corporate policies, compliance courses, and statutory sources curated by Skillcast to ensure the quality of responses and reduce bias. You can view Aida's conversations with your employees (users' names are removed to ensure anonymity) to check the quality of responses and gain insights to improve staff compliance.

Aida converses with users using the powerful Azure OpenAI language model. Skillcast also warrants that your information will be kept strictly confidential and not used to train or improve AI models.
